Every 8 weeks we recognise a staff member (at each school) who has excelled in their role over the previous eight weeks. We are committed to recognising and rewarding our best people.

Tegan works with us as an Instructor, Customer Service Officer and Supervisor. She is an 'in demand' instructor, particularly sought after in her Marlin classes. Tegan is happy to assist in covering shifts whenever possible and takes initiative. She is, without a doubt, a valued member of our team!!!
Trevor is a relatively new member of the Unley team and has trained in our shallow end program as well as poolie duties. Over the past 2 months, Trevor has gone above and beyond the call of duty - putting his hand up for many in-water fill in shifts.

Fern has been with us for several years and is a highly competent instructor in all levels of Learn to Swim as well as Coaching and Aquarobics. She often teaches in our swimvac program and is popular with both children and parents. Fern gives clear instructions, is kind & reassuring and provides a safe place for children to learn. Olivia has worked at Morphett Rd for 5 years and is a valued member of our team. She is a wonderful, caring instructor, trained in all the Learn to Swim classes and Stingrays. Olivia has been chosen for her outstanding work as a Supervisor & CSO as she connects well with children & parents, giving clear and informed feedback. Congratulations to Ben who was the stand out winner this month!! Ben is always enthusiastic to help out with extra shifts and is a delight to watch when interacting with his swimmers. He is kind, gentle, reassuring and encouraging!! Thank you Ben for all your hard work, we really appreciate it!!!
Dimity is currently studying nursing at Flinders Uni and enjoys cooking & spending time with her family. Dimity has been chosen for her willingness to always be available at a moments notice and her lovely nature with all of her swimmers. Well done Dimity!!!
